Ima means “mama” in Hebrew. Done up with pink bricks, rainbow mosaics and light wood (benches, a communal table…), the cult and vegetarian recipes of their mentors Ottolenghi are displayed on the bar: Bulgur, snow peas, cucumber, tomatoes and feta; eggplant, pomegranate seeds, saffron yogurt and baby spinach…prepared by the chef Victoria Werle.
