Focusing on local, organic, and seasonal produce, La Guinguette d’Angèle offers raw, vegan, gluten-free desserts and lunches to go. Detoxifying juices and citrus or cucumber infused water accompany matcha lattes and house-made kombucha. Angèle, the inspiring founder, uses delicate flowers, berries and herbs and makes each piece a little artwork unto itself.
